Reconciliation Security

Security settings for the reconciliation area are available for controlling the Transactions - Agency Bill and Transactions - Direct Bill sections. Security selections can be made to grant access to each section.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Reconciliation.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Reconciliation:

• Transactions - Agency Bill
• View: Displays Transactions in the Quick Navigation list.
• Transactions - Direct Bill
• View: Displays Transactions - Direct Bill, Statement Entry, and Unposted Invoices in the Quick Navigation list.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
